Happy Returns offers the only end-to-end returns solution to BigCommerce merchants

Today, Happy Returns announced our partnership with BigCommerce. Our integration offers the industry’s only end-to-end returns solution to thousands of BigCommerce merchants. Merchants receive the first two months free via a two-month trial of Happy Returns’ software and low shipping rates.

BigCommerce is an increasingly important alternative in the growing ecosystem of eCommerce solutions. The team of 600+ employees and 5,000+ app design partners have helped retailers in 120+ countries make $25B+ in sales since 2009. We are excited to play a role in BigCommerce’s continued growth—and to make Happy Returns’ best-in-class offering available for the first time to retailers of all sizes across all platforms. 

As BigCommerce’s only return partner, Happy Returns is the only major returns company to integrate with BigCommerce, Magento, and Shopify.

Today’s announcement has been a long time coming. Our conversation with BigCommerce started over a year ago, and we have provided substantial input as their team designed new return APIs.  It was a natural next step to be the first returns management partner to integrate with their platform, and we've enjoyed working with the team each step of the way.
