Report shows Happy Returns customers average 21% savings
In our last blog, we announced our 10% savings guarantee: We promise you’ll save 10% on returns and reverse logistics costs in your first year working with us, or we’ll pay you the difference. The guarantee is based on the results of recent analysis we conducted across our customer base, to determine the average return on investment (ROI) of working with us.
Studying customers’ data from February 2019 to February 2020 with at least six months with us, we found that our average customer reduces returns costs 21% when using both our software and Return Bars, compared to prior costs.
