Mar 4, 2019

Santa Monica-based Happy Returns, which is backed by U.S. Venture Partners, Upfront Ventures, and Lowercase Capital, has expanded its suite of return solutions, with a new self-service kiosk. According to Happy Returns, it has launched a new, return kiosk branded specifically for a retailer, powered by software from the company, and where Happy Returns handles the reverse logistics. According to the company, the new product is aimed at omni-channel retailers, and allows customers to return or exchange items in less than 60 seconds per item. Happy Returns--which is led by co-founder and CEO David Sobie--also offers up a network of "Return Bar" locations which people can return items they have purchased from online retailers. Sobie and his co-founders previously had been at HauteLook and NordstromRack.com.
